1. Agreement

Between Client and Era Translation, 16 Debrincat Ln, North St Marys NSW 2760 (ABN: 98 765 432 109).

2. Services

Document translation, website localisation, NAATI-certified translation, medical translation, legal/financial translation, interpreting. Digital delivery for translation; in-person/remote for interpreting.

3. Payment

50% deposit. Balance on delivery. Stripe AUD. GST inclusive. Interpreting: full payment 24h before session.

4. Confidentiality

All materials confidential. NDA with all linguists. Medical/legal documents handled by AU-based staff only.

5. IP

Client owns translations on payment.

6. Interpreting Cancellation

48h notice required. Less than 48h: 50% fee. Less than 24h: full fee.

7. Law

Laws of NSW, Australia. Australian Consumer Law applies. Updated: March 2026.
